Welcome!
The Studio Scituate Harbor is a photography studio, gallery, and creative space located right in the heart of Scituate. I hope this Q&A answers your questions and inspires you to stop by!
Q: What is The Studio Scituate Harbor?
A: The Studio Scituate Harbor is a place for professional photoshoots, art exhibits, community events, and creative collaboration. I designed the studio to be both inspiring and versatile—with a spacious shooting area, gallery walls, meeting space, private dressing room, editing workspace, and a curated collection of props and backdrops. Natural light pours in through floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the harbor, and there’s art and creativity around every corner.
In addition to my photography sessions, I’ll be showcasing local artists, exhibiting student work, hosting events, and offering learning opportunities for all ages. Stay tuned—there’s a lot to come.
Q: Where is The Studio located?
A: The Studio is located at 146 Front Street, Suite 107, Scituate, MA 02066. You’ll find it tucked in the rear of the building, next to Sea Salt Mercantile. The best place to park is in Mill Wharf Plaza, where you will see the studio entrance.
Q: Why did you open The Studio?
A: After many years of running my photography business from my basement and garage, I started looking for a space where I could dedicate myself to shooting, editing, and meeting with clients. When I found this spot, I realized it could be more than just a workspace for me—it had the potential to become a little haven where I could contribute and connect to my community through exhibits, education, and collaboration.
Q: What kind of photography do you specialize in?
A: I specialize in creative, thoughtfully styled photography. Most of my clients are people looking for images with personality and purpose—to showcase their business, brand, or family. I especially love working with designers, artists, dancers, entrepreneurs, chefs... Basically anyone who wants to capture their talents through strong, expressive visuals. Whether we’re shooting in the studio or on location, my goal is always to create images that feel personal, polished, and unique.
Q: Do you still shoot on location [outside of the studio]?
A: Yes, absolutely. While much of my work has been on location, I’ve always loved shooting portraits and styled images as well, and now I have the perfect place to do both. I’ve spent the past decade working closely with interior designers, architects, and realtors—and The Studio opens up exciting new opportunities to offer even more to those same clients, like headshots, product photography, and branding content, all in a controlled space.
